If your marriage or relationship
has been affected by infidelity,
sex addiction, pornography addiction, or compulsive sexual behavior, Comfort Christian Counseling is here to provide therapy for recovery and healing.
With God as our guide, Comfort Christian Counseling is here to show couples that there is hope even when the situation seems hopeless.

Comfort Christian Counseling offers Three-Day Intensive Sessions for
couples struggling with sex addiction. Applying their personal and extensive professional experience to this topic,
Jeff and Ella Hutchinsonare dedicated to helping you find healing and hope in your marriage after the devastation of sex addiction. We work from the sex addiction-induced trauma model for partners and reject the co-addict model that labels all partners of sex addicts as co-sex addicts.
Each Intensive is based on the unique needs of a couple. The process will begin with introductory phone calls with each partner to establish a comfortable relationship and develop an understanding of a couple's particular background.
At the Three-Day Intensive, topics addressed include understanding sex addiction and its causes, traumatic effects on the spouse, recovery tools for the addict and teaching the addict how to offer support to their spouse. We will work together to start rebuilding trust, find healing for the spouse and ultimately the marriage. A full clinical disclosure and polygraph are incorporated into our intensives.
Following the Intensive, couples have the option of registering for our One-Day Aftercare Program. This program reinforces what was learned during the Intensive and addresses areas where couples may still be struggling. Our Aftercare Program is designed to further growth, intimacy and trust building within a relationship and includes a follow-up polygraph.
Facilitated by Ella Hutchinson, LPC, CCSAS, CCTP
Tuesdays: 1:30PM-3:00PM CST
Start Date: Beginning soon (Email Ella for more information)
Sessions will take place via Skype
Women who are struggling with their husband's sex addiction or compulsive sexual acting out will get together to support one another via Skype. In this group, unlike many others, you will not be labeled a co-addict and the trauma and loss you have experienced will be addressed by a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been there. Whether or not you are still married and whether you discovered the addiction a week ago or years ago, you are welcome in this group. We will use a curriculum with weekly homework that will assist you in your healing.
