This will be a safe space to find support from others who know exactly what you are going through.

Learn tools to manage triggers and recovery essentials.
Learn how to cope with your wife’s trauma symptoms and offer her the support she needs without neglecting your own recovery needs in the meantime.
Conveniently offered through ZOOM web conferencing in Central Standard Time at 6:30 PM on Wednesdays.
Cost: $280 per month. Three month commitment required. Payment is due monthly whether you are in attendance or not. You will be sent an invoice to pay your deposit (first month) online once you register.
